Oppo Reno 13 Pro Leaked!!!
The Oppo Reno 13 Pro has yet to be announced, but it is anticipated to debut by the end of the year. Following the summer release of the Reno 12 lineup, Oppo is set to refresh its top-tier mid-range series with the new Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro models.
While details about the standard Reno 13 are scarce, leaks regarding the Reno 13 Pro have emerged from China. Reputable leaker Digital Chat Station shared on Weibo (via GizmoChina) that the Reno 13 Pro is expected to feature several upgrades compared to the Reno 12 Pro.
The first and most obvious one is the slightly larger display. The Reno 13 Pro is said to sport a 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display with 2780 x 1264 pixels resolution. In comparison, the Reno 12 Pro sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2412 x 1080 pixels resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
According to DCS, the Reno 13 Pro will include a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. This marks a slight upgrade over the Reno 12 Pro, which also has a periscope telephoto camera but offers only 2x optical zoom.
While details about the battery size remain unclear, it’s reported that the Reno 13 Pro will support 80W wired charging, similar to the Reno 12 Pro. Additionally, it is expected to feature 50W wireless charging support through a dedicated case.
Although DCS’s post on Weibo doesn’t specify the battery size, earlier reports suggest that the Reno 13 Pro will feature a substantial 5,900 mAh battery. It remains to be seen whether these claims will be confirmed.
The most significant upgrade hinted at by DCS is the chipset. The Oppo Reno 13 Pro is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 processor, which is a substantial improvement over the Dimensity 7300 Energy found in the Reno 12 Pro.
