Redmi K80 Pro !!! Launch In November
Xiaomi has confirmed that it will unveil the Xiaomi 15 series in China on October 29. Meanwhile, its sub-brand Redmi is preparing to launch the Redmi K80 series, with indications that the release is imminent. The alleged Redmi K80 Pro has recently passed 3C certification in China, appearing in the database under the model number 24117RK2CC.
The 3C certification for the Redmi model 24117RK2CC indicates that it may come with a 90W fast charger. However, the listing does not provide any additional details about the device.
Leaked specifications indicate that the Redmi K80 Pro will be a powerhouse, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is also found in the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro. The device is rumored to feature a 6.67-inch flat OLED display from TCL Huaxing, supporting a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Rumors suggest that the K80 Pro will offer up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Reports also indicate that the device will be equipped with a 6,500mAh battery. In addition to 90W wired charging, it is expected to support wireless charging as well.
In terms of photography, the Redmi K80 Pro is expected to come with a triple camera setup, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor along with a telephoto lens. Additionally, it is likely to include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Redmi General Manager Wang Teng has hinted at a potential price increase for the K80 series, attributing it to rising component costs, especially for the advanced 3nm processor and memory. Despite the anticipated price hike, Teng assures that the K80 series will deliver exceptional value and “outperform many competing products.”
Rumors indicate that the Redmi K80 series is set to be announced in November in China. It will likely face competition from the OnePlus Ace 5 series, iQOO Neo 10 series, and Realme GT Neo 7, all of which are expected to launch in China between November and December.
