Samsung Ring 2 With Awesome Features
Samsung first teased the Galaxy Ring at its Unpacked event for the Galaxy S24 family in January, then showcased it at MWC in February, before fully launching it in July. Now, a new report confirms that the Galaxy Ring 2 is expected to arrive earlier than its predecessor, with a potential launch slated for 2025. This aligns with earlier rumors suggesting a quicker release for the second-generation device.
The report also claims that the Galaxy Ring 2 will be officially announced at Samsung’s Unpacked event on January 22, alongside the launch of the Galaxy S25 family. At this same event, Samsung is expected to unveil its first XR headset as well.
Samsung Ring 2 With Awesome Features
According to the report, the Galaxy Ring 2 will come in two additional sizes, which were initially rumored to be for the original Galaxy Ring. These extra size options are designed to make the Galaxy Ring 2 a stronger competitor to Oura’s rings, offering more variety for users.
The Galaxy Ring 2 will feature more accurate health data sensors and enhanced AI functionalities. Battery life is expected to last at least seven days across all sizes. However, there’s no mention of NFC support, so it may be absent in this generation as well.
